The Smiths Creek day trip ended up at Mt. Kau Kau. The Ruapehu Family Weekend ran without any families, The Winter Southern ran in mediccre weather with the only snow being around Hector, The trip wonc down Dennan Spur into Tregar Creek for some variation. The trips to Waitewaewae and Fidds Hut ran and some T/Os ‘cause some anxious m<ments by not coming out of the hills till Monday Afternoon. Peter Goodwin's Ruapehu Trip was full and probably had the two best days so far on the mountain this season,
