Snow Caving Labour Weekend

This year saw mach reduced numbers on what has turned out in past years to be a real suffering sort of trip although this year I am assurea was difierent with one fine day, The cave site was under Te Hau Hau and took six hours to did. Sunday was spent climbing around the tcp and Monday in doing a forced march down to the lower slopes. Some idea as te weather conditions prevailing can be gained from the fact that the Tararuas Snow Caving trip finally arrived homes Wednesday night. Stephen Heaters, This year was our turn to organise the Cocktail Party and this was well supported by the 64 competitors and supporters from the seven clubs who took part.

Darts Challe _ Our final chalienye with the PoLiice will be on Monday, 15th November in the Porinusx Police Ciubrooms, The stakes are high SO Lf you ara interested in a hilarious night of darts, pool, etc, join the club taam and be in the winning side, Contact Brian Hunt if you can make it.

Recent Searches Our thanks to the 22 meibers who made themselves available for the October Sarex and two subsaquent searches. A total of three searches and one alext within the last month plus the annual exercise shews the necd for cur 5, & R, capability to be kept at the ready.
