This “Easy” tramp was led by Pat Duffy. We had a pleasant night camping at Walls Whare before heading off over the Mt Reeves track. This was a very slow trip and it took until 5pm to reach Tutuwai Hut. We found the track a little overgrown,
up and over Cone Saddle, and back to Walls Whare.
We had absolutely perfect weather for late autumn tramping and everybody thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks to Pat Duffy, our able leader, and all the participants.
