“Twenty-two Tonzue and Meats and six hangers-on spent $350 .. for the best year yet! Nine fine days in a row with at ‘Least ‘ three fresh snow falls all at night made for great skiing. The first day was at Mt Hutt, most of the second day was at Porters! Heights and the rest were all at Broken River. The Big Mama. run at Porters was glorious, even if we had to miss out the top 500 ft. Broken River was icy on the first day, making those turns in front of the instructor difficult! The fresh powder snow was so deep that when Brian came out of his bindings it’ took ten of us 15 mimutes to find the buried ski. We had to leave on the Saturday but those who could still stand up went to Mt Hutt for the last day.
